The successful candidate will oversee all post-sales support and service in the Boston territory for Biosero’s key account customer base of Acoustic Transfer Systems (ATS), Integrated Workcells, and Automation Software. They will perform installations of new Integrated Workcells and a variety of standalone equipment which includes routine maintenance, repairs and corrective updates.
The person in the position will work closely with sales, applications, and integration project team members to assure customer success and account growth. This is a full-time position and requires regular travel, up to 45% outside the immediate Boston, MA territory.
