Biosero Basic Systems Service Agreement

- Unlimited Remote Technical Support
- Labor, Travel, and Spare Parts for Remedial repairs
- Mail-in replacement of scanners and other select products
- 5 X 8 Priority Response to service requests.
Biosero Premium Systems Service Agreement
- Offered for robots and a variety of laboratory instrumentation
- Unlimited Remote Technical Support
- Labor, Travel, and Spare Parts for Remedial repairs
- Mail-in remedial replacement of scanners and other select products
- 5 X 8 High Priority Response to service requests
- Annual basic operator training for two technicians on automation robots
- Complimentary Integration Support Services consultations with Biosero automation experts for system redesign and re-implementation
- Discounted rates on system relocation, upgrade, and redesign services performed by Biosero Field Service Engineers.
- Premium discounts on implementation labor for conversion of existing workcells to Green Button Go software.
Software and Systems agreement bundle pricing available when purchasing concurrent Premium level service agreements.
